This is a pretty tea cup & saucer by Shelley, English Bone China.
The pattern is unknown, but the mark dates from 1945 to 1966.
The piece is yellow & pink glazed bone china in the harlequin style with floral accents.
The cup & saucer are in very good vintage condition with only light wear to the gilding on the saucer consistent with age & use.
The cup measures 2.5" tall and 4.4" wide.
The saucer measures 5.55" wide.
