Vintage Oster Professional Pet Nail Groomer 129-B rotary, Dog Cat 1 speed unused

Vintage Oster Professional Pet Nail Groomer, model 129-B, in new condition, possibly unused.
This comes in the original box, with original instructions plus the 'How to Use Your Groomer' booklet, warranty card and baggy with accessories.
CONDITION:
I don't think this has been used...  the cord is still bundled together as it would be from the factory, with an electrical grounding warning card still attached.  The groomer itself looks like new, with no dirt, scratches, hair, etc. to indicate it had been used.  The instructions and other paper items are in good condition, as is the box, which allows for the groomer to be displayed in a store.  See the pics!  There is also a small baggy with the grinding wheel, dressing stone and small wrench.
TESTING:
I plugged this in, and turned on the machine.... it spun up to full speed just fine.  That's the extent of the testing.
THE BOX:
The original box is in nice shape with some scuffing and dings from age.  It's still bright a looks good!
