    This was found at a storage locker sale in a box of what appeared to be old unused political hand-outs.
    The sale was in El Segundo, CA.
    I do not know the age of this item and I do not know the name of the manufacturer, but it probably dates back to the late 1960’s, early 1970’s.
    It is most likely gold plated because it has no appearance of tarnish.
