This is a vintage DS30 E Commercial Cast Aluminum pizza bread dough Mixer Mixing Commercial Machine Part. I think its for a Hobart brand machine but i can not guarantee that but it might be hobart brand or it might not be. I think its makes made of cast aluminum by the weight and how it looks. Its in good used shape with some slight surface rust in some areas but its not chipped or broke at all. It weighs 4.11lbs and measures 17" long x 6 1/4" in diameter at the top area where it connects to a machine. It looks like its still useable to me it might need cleaned up a little more but i am not an expert so look at all the pictures i took and you determine the condition yourself by the judging the pictures and what you think and thanks for checking out this listing.
