    Description

Two original antique Election of 1932 pinback buttons for Herbert Hoover's U.S. presidential campaign.
One pin is a gilt cast metal 1" pin with a bust of Herbert Hoover.  This pin was manufactured by Medallic Art Co., New York. This pin has some surface rubbing to the gilt front and some grey solder residue to the pinback clasp.
The other pin is a lithographed black and white 13/16" coattail jugate pin with Herbert Hoover and Myers Y. Cooper, 51st Governor of Ohio.  This pin was manufactured by the American Art Works Co., Coshocton, Ohio.  This pin front has a thread-like flaw to the lithography.  Also, some rust to the edges, as pictured.
