Technics Model SL-DB35 Turntable for Parts or Repair Works but has Issues

Technics model SL-BD-35 turntable.  Belt drive, automatic turntable. Tested and work, but it does have some issues. A new belt has been installed, Cosmetically it is in very good condition, dust cover in very good condition, underside rubber feet all there and in good condition, original Ortofon TM-14 cartridge and needle on unit.
When tested, when it rested on the record, the tonearm immediatly moved about a 1/2" forward after landing on the record. Also, when it ended and went into the deadwax on the record, it did not raise and go back to rest and turn off. I had to move it right to the label to get it to raise and go to rest, or I had to press the start/stop to get to raise and go back to rest and turn off.
These seem to be the only issues. It plays at correct speeds (33 and 45), pitch control works, cueing up/down works, on/off works, and repeat on/off works
Since it is not working properly, I am selling it "AS IS"-no returns.
I will be removing the platter from the turntable, when I ship it, so the belt will need to be re-installed on the turntable, upon receiving it.
