This is a Tabiristan Hemidracm. I am not an expert in these type of coins but will do my best to describe. It appears to be struck in silver and as is an irregular quarter sized coin. It does have nice detail and there is a blackened area on the reverse as seen in the pictures. Please take a look at the photo's and judge it for yourself.
