    Please read the whole description before you purchase this item.  This auction is for detailed plans for the item or items pictured.  Plans have color pictures, very detailed diagrams of all walls and parts, detailed instructions, a material take off list, and many helpful hints.  Plans and material take off list only for the coop or coops pictured, you must buy all materials and build the coop or coops yourself.  Need it quick, see my other auctions for the same plan offered at a cheaper price in an emailed file version that you can save and print off from your own printer.  International buyers contact me for an emailed version to be listed to your country.  My coops are designed to be both user and bird friendly.  They are very well constructed and plans do require that you have a carpentry skill level capable of building a quality structure.
