    The sheet or pad is 12x6 inch and .188 inch thick but will squish down with weight.  These have a 60 durometer density.  I
    t can be cut with scissors into smaller or different shapes.  The pad has a protective plastic cover on one side which you can remove before using. The other is covered with 3M adhesive tape.
