    Description

    This coin was issued under
    Jani Beg Mahmud Khan
    (AH 742-758,
    1341-1357 AD
    ),
    Blue Horde of Western Kipchak,
    Golden Horde
    , in present-day western Russia.
It was minted in Sarai al Judid (=
    New Sarai
    ).
Golden Horde is also known as
    Kipchak Khanate
    or as
    Ulus of Jochi.
After the death of Batu ibn Juji (AH 621-653, 1224-1255 AD, the founder of Golden Horde),
his dynasty flourished  until 1359 AD
.  The Horde's military power peaked during the reign of
Ghiyath al din Mohammed Uzbeg Khan (AH 712-742, 1312-1341 AD).
The territory of the Golden Horde at
    its peak extended
    from
    Siberia
    and
    Central Asia
    to parts
    of
    Eastern Europe
    from the
    Urals
    to the
    Danube
in the west, and from the
    Black Sea
    to the
    Caspian Sea
    in the south,
    "New Sarai" (
    Sarai al Judid
) is believed to have been at what is now
    Kolobovka
    (formerly Tsarev).
    It was about
180 km northwest of Old Sarai
    (Sarai Batu).
It had probably succeeded Sarai Batu as the
    capital of the Golden Horde
    by the mid-14th century.
    Kolobovka is located at (
    48.6567, 45.4581
    ) in google location system.
I have attached a photo of google system of Kolobovka and neighbouring area.

    USA, Canada & Australia.
The Japan Post Authority has stipulated that the current handling of international mail to some nations,
all of the air-mail can not be treated as registered mail.
The handling is due to the paralysis of the international postal system.
