The artist is ROBERT MCCLINTOCK.  The title is "CHARLES IN CHARGE".  A beautiful painting of a CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL.  It is CANVAS WRAPPED ART.  The size is 13-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1-1/4.  Notice in one of the pictures, it is shown as numbered 15.  On Mr. McClintock's web site, this picture, in the closest size to mine, 12x16, is priced at 5.00.   I won this in an auction and has been in its bag ever since.   Non-smoking household.  Thanks for bidding!
