Application
BestCutters Laser Engraver is a kind of Laser Engraving Machine System equipped with Co2 laser Tube, It is used to engrave on wood, bamboo, plexiglass, crystal, leather, rubber, marble, ceramics and glass and etc., engrave painted metal and anodized aluminum are also OK. It is most suitable and the preferred choice of equipment in industries such as advertisement, gifts, shoes, toys and etc.

Processing of large file segmentation
When the length of the file to be processed is very large and exceeds the vertical dimension of the current machine, it can use the function of processing for large file segmentation if the machine has feeding function.

· We will ship by sea to Basic sea port not to your door, please contact us to confirm the .
· It's CIF trade term, buyer need to pay surcharge of harbour, handling charges and clear custom and pay import taxes.
EXW and FOB terms are also accepted.
· When the machine arrive the harbor as we confirmed before shipping, please pick up the machine from the warehouse in the harbor soon, if you  refuse to pick up the machine from the warehouse, we will not refund the payment.

If your machine needs warranty service (within the warranty term),
you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions.
In many cases, we can minimize the shipping cost by offering parts replacement options. If you need a replacement machine or part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit for the part and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in new condition. To send back a machine, we require that you send it in the original packaging, so please keep all packaging materials (in good condition) for the duration of the warranty period. If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to fix it and you will be required to pay for shipping the damaged item back to you.
Dead on Arrival
All our items(unless specified) are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 12 months Warranty.
All machines are tested before shipping, but problems in transit (shaking,vibration and so on) could result in DOA, though the probability is very small. For DOA products, please be cooperative to take photos on the damage and send to us for verifying. For confirmed tiny product faulty,on your approval,we can send you replacement parts,mostly they are free,but for those expensive parts(for example power supply), you can just return the damaged parts for swapping good ones.
Buyer bear postage for returning, we pay for re sending.
