Previous owner had less than 100 hours on it and I’ve used it on and off for a little over one year.
This was unit was designed by Tim de Paravicini for Quad. Its a real sleeper, performance is as you'd expect from de Paravicini very musical with excellent detail retrieval, drive and a large soundstage.
It has both moving magnet and moving coil capability via built in step up to handle low output MCs. With both varaible and fixed out options switchable, it can drive a power amp directly in an all analog system.
Valve life is endless with the 6111 tubes and will most likely never need replacing.
