Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.   This was purchase but never used.  Is in excellent condition still has its original batteries which work. Has been kept in a pet free smoke free home. Features include measures power in 3 phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire or single phase electrical circuits. True RMS AC measurements. Accuracy is assured for measurement of both sinusoidaland non sinusoidal AC current/volts signals. High resolution 4 digit LCD with auto ranging for fast and accurate measurements. Minimum measurement is 0.5A and has accumulating time for long term KW hour measurements. Measures and displays true power, apparent power, power factor, reactive power and energy usage (kilowatt hours). Dual display LCD for displaying two electrical parameters of each face simultaneously and store 28 measurements in memory. Measure five power parameters of each phase and the total power value in 3 phase measurement mode. Front panel buttons have more than one function and a dual scale analog bar graph for monitoring voltage or current fluctuations. RS232C interface and graph plotting software.
