Poultry Depilator Usage
After unpacking, check all parts first. If the screws are loose during transportation and need to be reinforced again, turn the chassis by hand to see if it is flexible. Otherwise, adjust the rotating belt.
After the position of the machine is determined, install a knife switch or pull switch on the board wall beside the machine.
When slaughtering chickens and ducks, the knife edge should be as small as possible. After slaughtering, the chickens and ducks should be dipped in warm water (about 30 degrees) to make the whole body feathers warm. It is better to put some salt in warm water to avoid skin damage when the hair is scratched.
Soak the chicken and duck in the hot water about 75 degrees, and stir it with a wooden stick to make the whole body hot evenly.
Put the scalded chicken and duck into the machine.
Switch on the knife switch, the machine starts, while running, water is added to the poultry, preferably hot water. The feathers and dirt under the legs come out with the water. The water can be recycled, and the feathers can be stretched out in one minute to remove the skin dirt.
