Fits all Hobart mixers that have this style knob (it may not fit if your original knob does not look like this).

reference.  Your knob will be shipped without the bag.  Photos of the knob installed on plates and mixers are for visual reference only.  You are buying one timer knob only.
The 2 Yellow looking lines on the sides of the knob are from the camera flash.  This is a solid black knob with one white line as a place indicator.
