Neje Air Assist Upgrade For Your 30W & 40W Laser Cutter & Engraver + 6 Foot Hose

This is our premium and shop favorite for the Neje 30 watt or 40 watt laser engraver. We love this on our in house laser and think you will love it too. Truly a game changer in our shop.
More add-on's (always) coming soon for this unit, we designed this for future easy upgrades. The universal joint system allows for all sorts of creative things we can attach to your laser. You can already add our endoscope attachment 😎

Neje Laser module Air Assist.
Get deeper cuts by removing the debris with our air assist. Cleaner engravings and overall better performance. If you have shop air, we recommend between 20-25psi. Small pumps will show great improvement as well but not as good as the larger pumps. Checks the links below if you still need a pump.

We prefer the side air style over the lens covering style. The venturi effect, that makes the nozzle a vacuum, can start pulling smoke in, dirtying your lens faster. The K40 community experienced the same evolution. There are also problems with moisture and "over the lens" air assists, if not properly maintained.

Install:
-Assemble the Air Assist
-Unscrew the 2 lower screws (on either left or right side depending on the product you purchased) which attach the laser shield to the module.
-Place Air Assist bracket onto the module, making sure to line up the holes in the attachment plate to the holes in the acrylic.
-Secure the Air Assist with the stock screws from the Neje that were just removed.
-Install your 6mm hose (not supplied). Soft silicone tubing is recommended. Add-on available in this listing.
-Guide hose through the hose guide hole next to the KGD logo and up to the stepper area.
-Secure hose with zip ties to the wire loom.
-Place Nozzle at 45 Degrees 2-3mm from laser dot on workpiece.
-Create some art!
