Description
MULTI PURPOSE -Provides easy access and coverage to a service area, whether wall or ceiling, for electrical, plumbing, wiring, security systems, telephone, TV, computer cables, or HVAC, duct systems and sprinkler system applications.
EASY INSTALLATION- Rough opening should allow for a Space of 12x12 (for best fit overcut by 6mm). Actual panel size is larger than 12"x12". Attach to wall surface using caulking adhesive (not included).
KEEP YOUR DÉCOR PLEASING -The white finish, textured exposed surfaces, can be left as is or painted to match the surrounding decor. The panel provides an aesthetically pleasing way to hide cables, unsightly holes in the ceiling or wall, unsightly wires, water valves and all types of renovations.

Product Description
Typically, access panels are installed during the initial construction of a home or a commercial building. However, many times, due to plumbing, electrical or HVAC renovations, new access doors must be installed to provide electricians, plumbers or HVAC technicians with convenient access to concealed systems.

Easy Installation Access Panel
Measure & Draw Template
Wall opening should allow for the space of the cut out neck opening. Measure exactly the lip in the back of the panel and for best fit overcut by 6mm.
Cut Hole
Cut the area of the wall to be covered. You can use a jab saw to cut the drywall or use a drill to create starter holes.
Caulk Back of Access Panel
Insert the door into the access panel frame and apply acrylic adhesive on the reverse side of the frame.
Sand Wall & Place Panel
Sand the edges of the wall. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole. Then push the panel firmly into the hole.
