We have warranty of 2 year after installation, after 2 year, we could provide spare parts at basic cost. According to our experience, the earliest hardware system operated on market has been running for about 8 years and still works very well, so we are confident to sell this system.
Due to it is international shipment and will be expensive to return the goods to our factory(even the fault rate is very low), you need to provide Videos, pictures  if you found the turnstiles is defective(such as a scratch or a dent but still can work) or not working at all, we would also take videos, pictures as proof before delivery, in case any man made mistake during installation or using , we need to discuss certain percentage compensation or full refund(if it is our fault), or replace some new spare parts(buyer pay for the shipping cost, we don't need return defects back to us,any you don't need to pay returning cost any more).
