This is a rare large original antique oil painting featuring a study of a King Charles Spaniel and a Terrier dog, fully signed by the well known English specialist dog artist bottom right George Armfield and dating to circa 1870, It is a very well painted good quality oil painting in its original ornate gilt frame, overall size including frame approx. 22" x 22" in very good original condition, with a couple of minor chips to the paint work. This is an original George Armfield dog painting.
