The Batter Shaker is a kitchen gadget for bakers in domestic or commercial kitchens.
Once the batter for a cake is mixed, there is a need before baking to remove any large air bubbles.
The mixture is poured into the baking trays/dishes, then the dish is set on the batter shaker for a pre-defined period of time (e.g. 2 minutes) to vibrate out any unwanted large air bubbles. Now the mixture can be confidently baked for a perfect cake! The Batter Shaker may be used for cake batter, cookie dough etc.
