    Khwarezm, 1200-1220AD, Ala al din Mohammad ibn Tekesh, AH 596-617. billon dirham, 22mm, 4.6gm, this very scarce type is derived from the famous bull and horseman coinage, and you can see the very modified and stylized horseman on the obverse, having trouble figuring out the image on the reverse, but this is the bull. Really interesting you can see this illustrated in Mitchiner Islamic World book #912-913. Lovely brown and green patina. You will see a lot of other types of bull and horseman coins, but not this one. I don't see any specimens of this type on eBay or VCoins right now.
