Keithley 6487 Picoammeter with Voltage Source

Description

The Keithley Model 6487 Picoammeter can measure currents from 10fA to 20mA, at speeds up to 1000 readings per second. The Model 6487 Picoammeter/Voltage provides higher accuracy and faster rise times than the 6485, a 500V source, and a damping function for use with capacitive devices. Has GPIB & RS232 interfaces.
This unit has seen very little use, it was purchased for a particular project, and used occasionally for a year, then the project was shelved. This unit has been kept in a ESD-safe clean labratory throughout its life.
