This tool has been repeatedly used and there is noticeable wear reflecting this. On the  tool body there are numerous scratches/scuff marks. While some scratches/scuff marks are more noticeable (deeper) than others, all scratches/scuff marks are cosmetic only. The metal parts of the tool also have noticeable wear from repeated previous use. There are some spots on the tool body that has noticeable finish wear. Where there finish has worn, there is some visible rust. Please see pictures. Tool needs very detailed cleaning. This tool has been previously used and there is noticeable wear reflecting this. We are not tool experts. Please grading using your own opinion. Please see all pictures.
