Hobart Stephan Berkel VCM-40 Bowl Insert Colander. This is a new old stock designed by Westglenn who made a clone of the VCM-40. The material is food grade plastic-like and has grab handles. This is the only 4 left in the world. Much easier to handle compared to the common aluminum Hobart OEM version.
