Returns: Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving an item. This does not mean you can return an item when you decide to open the box or uncrate it after 3 days. Statements such as "My store has not opened yet" or "By the time I opened the package, it was over the 3 day period" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The only time we will reimburse shipping charges will be if an error in the listing was made on our part. Please keep in mind that if you open the box or package on a new item and in any way attempt to use it, you will not be able to return it. New items are drop shipped from the factory / manufacturer / distributor and they have very strict rules about accepting a used product. In some cases,  I will allow a return but will institute a restocking fee  40%.
