HIOKI M-100B ANALOG AC DC RESISTANCE MULTIMETER CASE & LEADS. Condition is "Used". No manual or instructions.  Fresh batteries.  No cracks in the plastic, excellent shape. No corrosion on the battery trays. The case has some wear on the inside and theres some residue onthe outside case on the back. Not sure how this meter works but it does register reading when checking batteries.
