    The Hioki 3239 is a multi functional and high precision multimeter. The 3239 can perform 3.3 ms high-speed sampling, and comes equipped with a comparator, external input and output, and an RS-232C interface. The 3239 is a high-precision, broadband model that also features current measurement terminals and a frequency measurement function, plus the 4-terminal resistance measurement function.
