Unlike cheaper dimmers:
Mounts neatly behind and through a panel.  You see only the knob.
No exposed circuitry or wires.
Dimming range is full-On to Off.
Threaded brass shaft is adjustable for panels up to 5/8" thick.
Sealed case suitable for marine environments.
3 industrial-grade terminals come with crimp-on wire connectors to
resist corrosion and loosening due to vibration.

Works by Pulse Width Modulation = no heat generated, no color shift in LEDs.
1" x 1.75" x 4" long, including the knob.  You will need about 4" clearance behind the panel.

Water resistant, but like most switches, for protected in-dash installation.
Not compatible with "plasma" LEDs.
