cutting of Special Hull Treatment (SHT) material to within 1/8 inch of hull.  The 5 1/4 inch diameter aluminum alloy blades ensure the blade will not nick or gouge the hull upon impact.  The oscillating blade cuts via a slicing action which generates no dust, thereby precluding the need for a debris collection system.
