Replace the Battery: If the battery "+-" sign appears on the display screen, the battery should be replaced. Remove the screw and open the back cover and replace the used battery with a new one (AAA, 1.5v * 2, or equivalent).
Automatic Shutdown:
A. If you do not operate the meter for about 15 minutes, it will turn off automatically. To turn it on again, simply rotate the range switch or press the button.
B. If the "hold" button is pressed to wake up the meter after the meter is automatically turned off, the automatic shutdown function will be disabled.
