    . Shows signs of wear and use but in good used condition. Converted to Direct steam unit. You could also add an alternate source of heat in the cabinet underneath. It comes with a very hard to find scraper/agitator. With a motor and simple mount you can convert this into a mixer kettle for chocolate melting and tempering. Very good condition overall.
    This unit is in used condition. It shows signs of wear and use common with a piece of used equipment. Unit will need cleaned prior to being placed in service.
