Classic Library Miniatures Book Kit - over 150 volumes Miniature reproductions of real leather bound books from English, German and French libraries. Scale is 1:12 (1 inch = 1 foot) Each set incorporates three kits* each with more than 50 volumes so your whole set will be over 150 miniature reproduction volumes. Includes: English Classic Literature Collection European Poetry & Literature Collection 19th Century Reference Collection These books look great in dollhouse and miniature room bookcases. They do not have individual pages and do not have writing inside. They are not made of leather. They are only printed on the outside. Miniature books make a grand statement in your miniature setting. Beautifully made. kits* = You put them together. Excellent instructions included. The kits include all the components needed to construct a library of classic books in "leather" look bindings. You will need an exacto knife and white glue. Precise instructions are provided for assembleing these sets of books. Books and innards are all printed on several pages of cardboard. You will cut out and trim each book and stacks of cardboard to match. All books are numbered and stacks are designated 1,2 or 3. I have sold many, many of these sets over the years with very positive results. They are really quite beautiful when assembled, and edges gilded (with gold metallic paint if desired).
