Super nice chicken tractor plan with material list.  Designed strong to last.  Special price .95 with free shipping through USPS to USA.    Regular price .00 each.  These plans are hand drawn with real color pictures, not the trashy, incomplete, and inaccurate computer generated things like so many others offer.  Easy to build and super easy to maintain.   Please read whole description before purchase.  These plans are drawn showing great detail and are easy to follow requiring only basic framing skills.  Please do not purchase if you do not respect quality and have no skill.   Metal trim as shown in pictures must be ordered from a metal roofing fabricator and the size and shape of bends is listed in the material take off list with the plans, alternate roofing options are also listed in the plans.  I usually ship and email plans daily but sometimes go fishing for 2 days at a time and do not email or ship on those days.  The plan is 18 pages long, includes a material take off list, and is very detailed to help make your building experience fun and easy no matter what your skill level.   Plan has over 30 color pictures of the tractor coop and parts and every wall and section is also drawn out for easy understanding.  I include lots of helpful hints and very easy to follow, step by step instructions that you will not find in other plans.  My phone number is also included with the plan should you have any questions.  I also include measurements for cut out and tell you all the angles and degrees of pitch making the sloped wall sections and roof sections super easy to build.  Everything can be done from outside the coop and run so you never even need to go inside.  Detailed framing plan and material take off list for the coop pictured.   Material costs for tractor coop with run as shown usually runs about 0.00 depending on type of roofing and siding you choose.  My plans include key measurements that other plans do not.  Very detailed with notes and helpful hints and instructions included.  Coop pictured has a 3-foot wide by 7-foot long footprint with 12 inch overhangs on each end for wheels and handles.   Floor space in the coop is 9 square feet with a above floor nest box.   Easy access to nest box from front door.  Will house up to 5  laying hens.  Stands about 3.5-feet tall at ridge line.  This coop is designed to last for many years and is a real moveable chicken coop, not the typical style made from pressed wood and light weight materials like most plans you see.  Plan is drawn so it can be built in modular panels that can be put together using only a cordless drill.  It can also be built as a solid unit.  Modular panels make it a perfect design for easily moving, hauling, or getting into tight backyards.  We also have many other styles of coops with framing plans available so please see my other auctions.  We are always happy to answer all your chicken or chicken coop questions.  We raise chickens for retail and build and sell these coops for a living so you know you are getting a quality product.    Please see my other auctions for more great plans.  Thank you.
