Please read the whole description before you purchase this item.  This auction is for detailed plans for the item or items pictured, The Coop Plex, 2 coops in one with storage.  Plans have color pictures, very detailed diagrams of all walls and parts, detailed instructions, a material take off list, and many helpful hints.  Plans and material take off list only for the coop or coops pictured, you must buy all materials and build the coop or coops yourself.  If you want the emailed PDF file version you must buy it also or just buy it instead from another auction.  International buyers contact me for an emailed version to be listed to your country.  My coops are designed to be both user and bird friendly.  They are very well constructed and plans do require that you have a carpentry skill level capable of building a quality structure.
The Coop Plex is a double chicken coop with a foot print of 16 feet wide by 6 feet deep.   Special price, .95 with free shipping to USA.  Regular price .00 each so you save over 50 percent.  The Coop Plex can convert to a single large coop in 5 seconds by simply opening a large slide door.  Will house up to 30 laying hens easily, 15 per side.  It has a triple nest box with outside access on each side, 6 nest boxes total.  Stands just over 8 feet tall at ridge. These plans are hand drawn with real color pictures, not the trashy, incomplete, and inaccurate computer generated things like so many others offer.  Easy to build and super easy to maintain.   Please read whole description before purchase.  These plans are drawn showing great detail and are easy to follow requiring only basic framing skills.  Please do not purchase if you do not respect quality and have no skill.   Metal trim as shown in pictures must be ordered from a metal roofing fabricator and the size and shape of bends is listed in the material take off list with the plans, alternate roofing options are listed in the plans.  I usually ship and email plans daily but sometimes go fishing for 2 days at a time and do not email or ship on those days.    The plan is 29 pages long, includes a material take off list, and is very detailed.   Plan has lots of color pictures of the coop and every wall and section is also drawn out for easy understanding.   I include lots of helpful hints and very easy to follow, step by step instructions that you will not find in other plans.  My phone number is also included with the plan should you have any questions.  I also include measurements for cut out and tell you all the angles and degrees of pitch making the sloped wall sections and roof sections super easy to build.
