This unit is in excellent working order; the heating element is powered by natural gas.  Thermostat, pressure gauges and power indicator lights run off electricity (208v).
This unit came to us approximately 9 years ago from a restaurateur/friend who decided to move cities and opted to sell all her equipment rather than move it. This piece was/is in excellent working order.  Its clean and looks great too.
We have been storing for 4 years therefore this unit was lightly used for about five years. Now we want to use the space being used for this and other restaurant equipment for a different endeavor.
Being sold as is and available for pick up only here in Atlantic Beach, FL.  No Returns shall be excepted for this item. Please know we welcome you to inspect prior to purchasing!
That said, we are also happy to help load it on to a flat bed for you.
This Kettle has always been stored in-doors in climate controlled environment
