The Audio-Technica AT-LP3BK Fully Automatic Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable (Black) has advanced features you won't normally see on an automatic turntable. In addition to 2-speed operation, this automatic turntable features damped lift control and high fidelity sound. The AT-LP3 is equipped with advanced technology to reduce feedback and resonance.
2-Speed Operation
The Audio-Technica AT-LP3BK Fully Automatic Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable plays both 33-1/3 RPM and 45 RPM speed records. The AT-LP3 comes with a 45 RPM adapter, plus a removable hinged dust cover to preserve the condition of your vinyl records.
High-Fidelity Performance: The 1/2-inch mount headshell and AT91R Dual Moving Magnet phono cartridge provide excellent hi-fi sound performance though they are removable and replaceable with another moving magnet or moving cartridge. The AT-LP3 has a built-in switchable phono preamp and an attached dual RCA output cable so that it can connect to your home stereo, powered speakers, and other components, even if they don't have a dedicated turntable input
Precise Lift
The AT-LP3 has a balanced straight tonearm that includes a 1/2 in. mount universal headshell, an AT91 dual moving magnet phono cartridge, and a diamond stylus that's built to last. Hydraulically damped lift control lets you precisely and safely lower and raises the arm at any point during operation, and a lockable rest keeps the arm safe and stable when not in use.
Fully Automatic Start and Stop
With the fully automatic operation, you can play your record with a Start button and, with the Stop button, the tonearm will automatically lift and return to its rest before the turntable shuts itself off. This stop process will automatically happen at the end of a record as well.
