    Description

    No longer must you replace nesting material every day because the hen kicked it out of her box or got it dirty! These nesting pads are washable, soft for preventing egg breakage and a natural green color. We make the pads out of used athletic field turf, which is taller and squishier than most artificial turf, making for an excellent landing place for a freshly laid egg. Turf pads are suitable for any laying hen or pullet and are good for broody hens as well. They are in all of our nest boxes and have prevented many a broken or soiled egg.
    Our standard size is 12" x 14", but many of our customers prefer a custom size to fit their nest box. If that is you, go ahead an place an order for the number of pads you want and message me with you requested dimensions (width x length), up to 250 square inches. If you need a larger size, please split it up into 2 or more nesting pads.
