Eggs are shipped via USPS on 2-3 day Priority Mail, and Shipping ANYwhere within the United States, EXCEPT HAWAII.
I WILL refund or replace for damaged eggs but require PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence and description of damage before we accept a claim.

Here are some tips for shipped duck eggs to hatching:
Put the eggs pointy side down for 8 hours in room temperature.
Put them in the incubator pointed side down for ten days without turning.(shipped eggs)
Start turning them from day11 to day25.
Spray warm water starting from day16 to when they hatch.(ones a day/80F water)
It takes about 35 days to hatch.

If you are buying shipped hatching eggs you MUST understand that there is no guarantee you will get one single solitary chick. The risk is too high. So no, i dont guarantee eggs. No, I don't "have to" replace or refund anything. YOU CHOSE to buy hatching eggs shipped through the mail. YOU assume ALL risk of loss as the buyer.
