Description
6++ Fertile Hatching Eggs, Barnyard Mix. You will get a mix of eggs that are a cross of a Double Laced Barnevelder or Blue Langshan rooster with hens that are Double Laced Barnevelder, Cochin, Blue Australorp, Black Australorp, Penedesenca, Hamburg, Orpington, Leghorn or Maran. These eggs come from chickens that are free range and have been fed Non-GMO and organic food all their life. I had an 100% hatch rate with the eggs I incubated last season.
I collect eggs daily and they are clean, unwashed with natural bloom on the shell. Be prepared for your eggs by having your incubator running prior to delivery. When you receive them, gently unwrap and let them sit for 24 hours on their side so they can settle before placing in your incubator.
I price my eggs lower than average on eBay because I'm aware that a certain small amount of USPS shipments get really rough handling and/or go missing for a number of day before being delivered. What happens during shipment is beyond my & your control. That can mean your eggs are not viable and you are very disappointed. I try to lower your investment in the eggs when you have to take that risk.
Please note I have no control over your hatch rates. Once they leave the farm, temperatures, handling and other variables may affect the viability of the embryos and your hatch rate. There is absolutely no hatching guarantee or refund on shipped eggs. Shipped hatching eggs usually have 50% hatch rate or less. This is normal with all shipped eggs due to the many factors that eggs go through during shipping, your incubator, humidity, temperature, etc.
Please only buy if you are willing to assume the risk.
Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that the postal service has been swamped in certain areas since covid lockdown due to higher shipping volume. It's best to place your order the first of the week, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and early in the morning so I can get it to the post office before noon. Avoid weekends when you can.
