To increase your chances for success, clean and turn on your incubator a couple of days prior to the arrival of your hatching eggs. Be certain that your incubator is maintaining proper, consistent temperature and humidity. Still air units will require a slightly different temperature than forced air units (follow the manufacturer’s instructions).
When your eggs arrive, carefully unwrap the eggs and inspect them. If by chance there are any small cracks, they can be repaired with clear nail polish or candle wax. Place the eggs pointy end down into an egg carton or egg-hatching tray at room temperature for 12-24 hours prior to placing them in your preheated incubator. This “resting” period can greatly increase your chances of a successful hatch by allowing the air cell within the egg to settle back into proper position. This resting period is the same if you are using a broody hen as your incubator. As an alternative, if your incubator allows for this, some people report success by allowing the eggs to rest until they are room temperature, then place pointy end down into preheated incubator, but wait to turn on the tray turner for 24-48 hours. This also allows the air cell to settle.
    PLEASE READ
Due to numerous variables during shipment and incubation etc.
we do not guarantee what your hatch rate will be
    .
There are many risks with ordering hatching eggs to be shipped in the mail. The embryos are fragile and many variables can affect their viability. You accept these risks when ordering. If an embryo doesn't develop, that doesn't mean the egg is infertile! Many variables can affect the viability of an embryo.
We do not offer returns or refunds for a low hatch rate. You are welcome to file a claim with USPS if you feel they were mishandled.
We would love to get your positive eBay feedback based on safe arrival. And we always try to leave prompt positive feedback for our buyers.
    Thanks and Best Wishes!
