    GEORGE McGOVERN 1972
    There are 3 collectible political pinbacks in this lot.
    All three represent the 1972 Democratic presidential candidate George McGovern.
    1.
    “McGovern ‘72” with Dove.
    Measures about 1 ½” in diameter.
    Has McGovern ’72 and a dove in white against a green background.
    The dove holds an olive branch.
    On the edge is a union symbol and “Students for Mc Govern” with a Chicago phone number.
    There is minor wear to the front of the pin and a bit along the edge but otherwise is in excellent condition.
    2.
    “Labor for McGovern Shriver.”
    Measures about 1 ½” in diameter.
    Has “Labor for McGovern Shriver” printed in blue against a white cogwheel.
    “’72” is printed in white against a blue center of the wheel.
    Union symbol on edge along with “McGovern for President” and a Chicago Address. Minor scratch on front and minor wear along edge otherwise in excellent condition.

    “McGovern Shriver ’72.”
    Measures about 1 ½” in diameter. Names and date written in white against a navy blue background. Union symbol on edge. Very, very minor wear and in excellent condition.
