New Old Stock (NOS), put away decades ago.
This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and is in nice, unused, but not mint, some minor age spots on the back, still nice condition, very collectible.

NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! These have sharp pins
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
