This is a  1958 South Africa 9 coin proof set [6 are silver coins ] .
Mintage for this set is a low 625
.  This set is not a choice set as many coins are spotted or toned as seen from the fact that these sets were issued open to the elements in the case. Still this is a scarce set that may clean up if you are into cleaning.   The silver 5 Shilling is nice, just a few light hairlines,  the farthing is also a nice coin.   The case for the set is nice, just a small amount of wear on the front.
TERMS for this ITEM:
My items are usually choice,  this set is not.  We do not clean coins, most grading companies WILL NOT grade cleaned coins. We sell coins as received and some may have been cleaned previously, so if cleaning is an issue with you ask before you bid. Since all metal coins tone your coins may be naturally toned and we do not consider this a problem. Our hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday EST. and we do not monitor email messages outside these hours. Payment expected within 8 days.
If buying more than one item please pay for the items you buy at one time when you are done buying.  Paypal charges 30 cents for each transaction.  When you pay for your item it closes out the order and then when you buy another item it starts a new order and another fee.  I try to keep shipping costs low but need your help in doing so.  Thanks

If asked, we combined lots for 7 days starting with the 1st lot you win. After 7 days a new invoice will be automatically started, by day 8 payment must be sent.
If there is a problem with your item you must contact us within 3 days of having received the item.  If a return is granted the item must be returned and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item in its original unused [unopened if shipped sealed] condition.  If we made a mistake we will pay the return shipping, If you changed your mind the original shipping cost, return shipping, and all selling fees will not be refunded.
