This is a ¾” pin produced by the
North American Committee to Aid Spanish Democracy
The organization was established in 1936 at the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War. It was an umbrella organization for ethnic groups and trade unions. The ethnic groups and trade unions donated money, medical supplies and food to Spain through the North American Committee to Aid Spanish Democracy. These donations were sent to the Republican side during the war. Very modest surface wear. Back has original pin.
The pins do have some light wear from age and not being stored properly
