This listing is for 10+ Barnyard Special Hatching Eggs. At least 2 extra eggs will be included. Birds are a year old and bred for hardiness, vigor, and temperament. The purebreds you may receive are: Golden Barnevelder, Silver Barnevelder, or Rhode Island White (rose-comb variety). Barnies are bred for correct pattern and darker eggs, but neither is promised in your outcome. The Barnevelder lay small to medium eggs. All other eggs are large to extra large. Our best layers are Austra-whites. They are unique little birds that an extra large egg every day. Our girls are covered by a Barnevelder rooster. We've seen beautiful little blue chicks come out of this cross. The chicks you'll hatch come in a rainbow of color ranging from white to chocolate, calico, blue and every color in between. They will also lay a rainbow of eggs! We raise purebreds, but the color and variety of our barnyard special mix always makes for a exciting surprise.
YOUR HATCH RATE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Fertility is tested regularly to ensure I am shipping viable, fertile eggs. However, once the eggs leave the farm, THEY ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Through USPS, they are subject to rough handling, X-ray machines, and climate changes. This is a risk you take by purchasing hatching eggs. We cannot control your incubating practices. Once the eggs leave our farm, we are no longer responsible for their journey nor your outcome. Your hatch rate will range from 0% to 100%.
Only the freshest eggs will be shipped. Eggs are collected daily. Your eggs will be no more than 2 days old once they leave our farm, depending on the hens' laying pattern. Do not count on the estimated delivery dates provided by EBay. You are assured the freshest eggs, and we do not enter those dates. Hatching eggs are perishable and cannot be held.
