About the breed
Welsh Harlequin ducks are the most prolific & beautiful ducks with vivid and contrasting plumage.
Originating in Wales in 1949 and decending from a color mutation of the Khaki Campbell, known for its massive egg production. They lay almost every day of the year; even in the winter.

We care about what you receive
You may have noticed that many egg sellers don't sell you the best eggs for hatching or they ship them in a poor manner that reduces your success. We've been on the receiving end and decided to provide another option.
Please understand when another seller sends eggs that are overly long and pointy, super small or extreamly large, really thin, very dirty, these are NOT appropriate for hatching, yet seller will send them anyway. We will NOT! If we need to, we will contact you if there will be a very short delay because your success begins with us. We typically will ship within 3 days of receiving payment. We will not ship over the weekend because eggs sitting in a warehouse can overheat or get too cold. Once again, this is to protect your investment.
We also hatch ducklings and are constantly monitoring to ensure fertility.
Hatching:
Temperature and humidity is very important for duck eggs, so make sure you are using a reliable incubator.
We will include instructions for good hatching results 🐣
Some incubators are known to have unacceptable temperature & humidity fluctuations.
Please use a trusted model that has already preformed well for you.
Always research before you buy. And only try cheap hatching eggs on new incubators.

Some of the challenges with hatching eggs - and what to do:
Temperature changes - Ask for 'Hold for Pickup' during freezing or extreme high temps.
Rough handling - We ship individually wrapped, double boxed & air padded
Buyer incubation process - Read the instructions provided. Ask us for help if needed.
Faulty incubator - If you have failed to hatch anything in your current incubator, find a new one.
Fertility - We do regular fertility checks on our eggs to guarantee fertility
Buyers should be letting their shipped eggs sit with the large side up for 24 hours before placing them in their incubator.
The air cells in the eggs will need to settle and reform after they have been shuffled through the mail.
Buying hatching eggs is risky!

But we do provide instructions to help you succeed.
Unfortunately things are beyond our control once they leave the farm.
We
do not refund on hatching eggs as the hatching eggs are risky and out of our control once shipped. We do everything possible on our end to provide you with the best eggs for the best success.
Please pay immediately for the eggs as these are delicate and time sensitive. We will gather eggs for your order after payment is received.
