Description
for your consideration are 10+ Rhode Island Red hatching eggs. These are NOT the red production type birds that you find at the feed stores or at hatcheries. They are a dark mahogany red with no white feathering, an old time breed of good size and vigor, with plenty of personality. This breed has been around for a long time and rightly so, they continue to prove themselves over and over again. Rhode Island Red eggs are a light to medium dark large brown egg, and they lay plenty of them. They do great free ranging, as well as penned. They are a calm bird and can become very friendly. You will not be disappointed with these beauties. We ship Monday - Wednesday to try and keep your eggs from sitting in the post office over the weekend.
Eggs are shipped priority mail with USPS, and are insured for up to . Any claims that may need to be made due to mishandling, late deliveries, damage etc. must be made by you through USPS. Remember that shipping eggs is a risk, a risk that you need to be willing to accept. I do my very best to package eggs so that they should arrive safely to you, but unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for them once they are delivered to the post office and out of my control. Even the best care in packing, shipping, handling, and incubation etc. can result in mishaps concerning hatching results, therefore I do not guarantee hatching results. I will however tell you that I will not ship any egg that I myself would not incubate with confidence of a successful hatch.
Shipping is only to the lower 48, and I reserve the right to cancel any purchase that is not within these guidelines or where shipping of eggs may be prohibited.
We do our best to ship your eggs ASAP and will notify you once your eggs have been shipped but please note that depending on the number of orders we have to fill that week it may be a few days before your eggs can be shipped out.
Feed back will be left when feedback is given, please remember your feedback should be based on the condition and packaging of your eggs at arrival, not on your hatch results.
