We cannot guarantee how our eggs will be treated while they’re in transit through the postal system nor can we guarantee delivery within a specified time after we ship the eggs. Extreme temperatures, low air pressure in airplanes, rough handling, delays in transit and delivery, and X-ray machines can all affect the hatchability of eggs, and we have no control over these factors. Also, we can’t control the conditions under which you incubate the eggs. FOR THESE REASONS WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE HATCHABILITY OF THE EGGS WE SELL. Please leave feedback at the time you receive the eggs, not after you’ve incubated them. Please do not leave negative feedback if your eggs don’t hatch or if they were delayed in transit. Again, if you cannot accept these terms please do not bid.
We do, however, guarantee that you will receive at least 10+ unbroken hatching eggs if you win this auction. We ship eggs that are collected daily, stored at a constant cool temperature, and shipped before they have been stored for no more than seven days. We may or may not have washed the eggs depending on their sanitary condition when we collected them. If you receive fewer than six unbroken eggs please contact us, send us a picture of the broken eggs, and we will refund you the value of the broken eggs on a pro rata basis. I have personally incubated many of these eggs they are almost always fertile and hatch rates are 98%. However this is before shipping. See disclaimer above.
Payment should be made via Paypal only and within 48 hours after the auction closes. Please do not send an echeck! The processing delay prevents us from being able to ship the batch of eggs that this auction is intended for. Hatching eggs are perishable. Therefore, we cannot hold eggs to ship at a later date.
