disc for the Pelican type grater and shredder attachment.
This disc is the 1/4" cheese and vegetable shredding size
.  It is used for larger pizza cheese and shredding of vegetables.  Fits the standard Pelican style attachment for all commercial kitchen mixers.
(Similiar to the one pictured).
This disc measures 9 1/4" diameter.
